1 to 4 Passengers:

By Distance:

For the initial 117 metres or part thereof: $5.75
For each additional 117 metres or part thereof: $0.25

Waiting time: For each additional 28 seconds of waiting time while engaged: $0.25

5 to 6 Passengers:

Our fleet of vehicles includes minivans that can accommodate 5 to 6 passengers. Reservations are required.

Packages, Luggage, Etc.:

Each truck 3 cubic feet or larger in size: Included in fare
Hand baggage or groceries: Included in fare
Wheelchair, walker, etc.: Included in fare

Discount for Senior Citizens: 10%

Upon proof of age
Flat rate trips not included
Discount does not apply to fares below $10.00

Moving Large Articles:

There is an additional charge of $20 for use of our vans to move articles. Oakville United Taxicab Ltd rates are based on time and distance. These tariffs rates have been approved by the Oakville Town Council.

Document or Parcel Delivery:

For delivery of any parcel, document or item where no passenger is carried, Oakville United Taxicab Ltd offers a 10% discount off the metered rate.

Airport & Out-of-Town Rates:

We provide flat rates to Pearson International Airport and Hamilton International Airport, as well as Island Airport in Toronto, Buffalo Airport and other out-of-town destinations. Call us at 905-338-0044 for more information.

Payment Information:

Cash

Our drivers are happy to accept cash, but please, no large bills.

Credit Cards

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Debit

On Account Payment

Activate an account with Oakville United Taxi and you will be billed on monthly basis.

Cancelation

A fee of $ 5.50 will be charged for any No Show Prebooked reservation and/or Cancelation done after the disaptch of the taxi for pick up.

Our police regarding out of town orders will not change and is still the metered rate to the borders of Oakville, this rate applies to both prebooked and returning reservations.

To avoid any charges, kindly cancel your trips at least 20 minutes prior to the dispatch time in Oakville and/or other location.

While our top priority is to arrive on time or early for our clients, we cannot guarantee time calls during periods of inclement weather, unusual traffic conditions, equipment malfunctions, etc.
